The Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport’s new multi-level parking garage provides unparalleled convenience for passengers who choose to fly in and out of Chattanooga each year.
Led by Hoar Construction, the design-build team also includes MBI Companies, American Structural Concrete, International Parking Design and Culp & Tanner Structural Engineers. The parking garage is the first of multiple improvement and expansion projects planned in direct response to unprecedented growth over the past several years.
Consultants on the garage project included Hoar Construction, American Structural Concrete, MBI, Pinnacle Financial Partners, IPD, Culp & Tanner, WMWA Landscape Architects, and GEOS Geotechnical and Materials Engineers.
In addition to parking improvements, the airport has started the largest expansion to the passenger terminal since its opening in 1991. Construction of the expanded terminal is expected to be completed in 2024.

The Chattanooga Airport and Hoar Construction have competed construction on a new, four-level, 1,300 space parking facility. This new garage creates an additional layer of convenience and accessibility for the thousands of travelers who choose to fly out of the Chattanooga Airport.
