The project will be divided into several phases to minimize the impact to local passengers. The week before an area will be closed for construction, signage will be posted indicating what dates the work will begin in a particular area, and that passengers should only park in that area if their return date falls before the posted start date. Any cars left in the posted area on the start date will be moved to an adjoining lot.
